Not sure what to say?

Our sympathies to the Millard family. Dr. Millard was my favorite doctor and the most genuinely sincere person.

My second child was due on May 5 (a Tuesday). At my appointment that day, we decided to induce. Dr. Millard was busy on Wednesday, Thursday was C-section day, so what about Friday? May 8. Dr. Millard is a Coug, and my husband is a Coug, and both began to sing a little tune "Hooray, hooray the 8th of May"! Oh dear... one of my sweetest memories.
Godspeed Dr....

Alice and family. I want to extend my condolences to you. Ron and I grew up together in Everett and he was a very special friend. We joined the Everett Sea Scouts at the same time and a few years later joined the Navy Reserves at the same time. I have many good memories of those years and his friendship.

I'm so sad to learn of his passing. Dr. Millard delivered both of my children. My first child was an emergency situation and Dr. Millard did an amazing job. What a wonderful man he was and I'm thankful I got to have him as my doctor. I will never forget him. Sending caring thoughts out to his family. With Heartfelt Condolences

Dr. Millard helped my family receive the greatest gift, for life....our daughter, who was born on Thanksgiving Day. We tried for over a decade to have a second child, and with his encouragement and a few tricks he had up his sleeve,we did it! She is now studying to be a nurse, all because of him. God bless you and your family, just as he has ours!

So sad to hear of the loss of such a special person. He was my OB doc with both of my children and he assisted in the delivery of my first grandchild, at which I was present. I also saw him from time to time while I worked at SHS when his children were students there and admired his big smile and how positive he always was in all situations. He will be missed!! I hope all of the memories will be a comfort to his family.

Dr. Millard was my doctor for over 30 years and delivered my daughter in 1975. Loved and trusted him completely. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

He was a good doctor and not a bad looking one he will be missed

My heart goes out to the family and all who loved this very kind man. He was such a great doctor to work with and to have as ones physician. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Dear Millard Family, I had the pleasure of working with Phil at BOGA where I worked as an RN and fetal ultrasonography. I learned a great deal from him. I admired his humor, bedside manner and honest interest in his patients.
May you find comfort knowing the mark he left on earth and the peace that comes from God's grace
Blessings
