I'm so sorry to hear of this Claudette, my condolences to you and the rest of the family.
It's been years since I've talked to Scott but I remember anytime I did talk with him he was nice to be around.

Scott you truly will be missed. It was by chance you moved in behind my parents many years ago and we become friends. Swimming and having a good time with the many people over at the house was always a good time. Playing shoes and doing that backyard league with many friends for several years is a great memory. I tried to keep up with you for a while biking but gave up and just spent time as we could having a drink and catching up. Watch over your girls, continue to ride those trails and we...

I have only known Scott for a short period of time but have memories with him for a lifetime. Scott had a passion for biking which was contagious. I could not ride at his fast pace but would always catch up at the trails end for a cold one.
He was a giving person that always offered a hand on projects around my house and enjoyed sharing a favorite blues or classic rock song.

I met Reggie in 7th grade about 1973. It wasn´t long and we were jumping off Felix´s bridge, swimming in the bayou and having a great time. There was always some kind of energetic fun to be had with him and I was very lucky to have had a lifetime of friendship with Reggie.
There is no doubt in my mind Reggie rode a wheelie through the gates of heaven on his mountain bike and slammed on the brakes in a cloud of dust and started a beer party.
Will see you again some day my friend and until then...

Shelley, our hearts are broken for you, your families, and your friends. We will deeply miss our neighbor that always had a smile and a story to share. We loved watching you both create the "little blue compound". Whenever we came home and there were extra vehicles in the street we knew Scott & friends were off for a ride. Recently we watched a crew of friends hoist the new shed up and over your fence. At the time I thought this was as close to a barn raising Grant Ave would see. We are both...
