I don't know you and I'm sadden that your life ended while you were young and I feel for the loss of your loved ones!! My heart goes out to all his family and friends and anyone impacted by this loss of a brave courageous man. I have to admit tho there is such a beauty in this tragedy that a man sacrificed his life for another human that he didn't know! That's what Jesus did for us that's what we as humans are supposed to do for another! To love life with a tenacity that supercedes our own...

Phillip is an amazing person that I wish with all my heart I could have met. His soul is so special and his spirit is going to be with humanity always. I hope that those of you grieving can take some comfort knowing that he's now an angel forever at G-D'S side. But I'm so sorry he was taken so young.

Working at Nvidia, I only came into contact with Phil a handful of times in my 12+ yrs but right off the bat, you could sense his selflessness and kind heart. He is truly a martyr and should be remembered as one. Late condolences to his family and close friends, some of whom I know. May he rest in paradise now!

Some people have a "lightness of Being" this I mean in an Existential sense. They walk in the place between Heaven & Earth. From that vantage point they realize not to take life too seriously therefore they are free to enjoy their life. This was how I saw Phil. He seem to enjoy every minute. Most of us are too encumbered to have this experience. It was an honor to know him. I will try to be lighter. Enjoy the Day! Every Day!
