Although the years seperated us as family, you always were in my heart. You were known to others as teacher, gardener, and friend, but to me you were known as one of my favorite cousins. I remember chasing rabbits in the backyard on Limkiln Pike with the salt shaker for their tails so we could catch them, eating mint out of your moms garden and hanging out of your bedroom window getting fruit off the tree. Phil was much more than our next door neighbor for over 8 years in Drexel Hill. He was a very good friend of our family. We enjoyed time together in a variety of ways. We had plenty of dinners together, many impromptu, at the end of a busy day working, he tending to his garden, and us simply doing required yardwork.
