I've worked with Phil & you guys alot of years & had alot of fun. I've prayed alot for Phil the last couple of weeks that God would do his will & take care of you all. God has. I am a co-worker of Phil's. He was a super person to work with. I prayed for him and the family since I heard he was in the hospital. I did not know him will enough to know he was saved. But, knowing this now, brings me joy to know I'll see him again. My prayers go out to you and the family.

I had the pleasure of working with him at Corning and will remember the first time that I met him. He said, "Hello Harley Biker Trash". Someone had told him that I rode a Harley. He was a very nice person and was always speaking to everyone. Was a shock to hear that he has left us so soon. May God be with his family and friends.

I am very sorry to hear that Phil has passed. I worked with Phil at Siecor / Corning. He was always a friendly fellow and greeted everyone with a big 'hello'. He will be missed and long remembered.
