I was very saddened to here about Phil's passing. We were in the same training class at Blue Cross in 1996. That was nearly 7 years ago but I still have fond memories of everyone from our class.

To my Family, I known Phil for ten years and he was my brother, a part of me has past with him, never have I had a closer friend. My sorrows will be coveted by God. My most sincere and deepest heartfelt prayers go out to the Mobley family. I haven't seen Phil Jr.and his family in almost 10 years and was saddened by the news of his passing. Only the best of memories flooded through my mind as I thought of him and though it hurts I'm glad that when I think of him that's how I'll think of him as the BEST!!!
