I was very saddened to here about Phil's passing. We were in the same training class at Blue Cross in 1996. That was nearly 7 years ago but I still have fond memories of everyone from our class.

My most sincere and deepest heartfelt prayers go out to the Mobley family. I haven't seen Phil Jr.and his family in almost 10 years and was saddened by the news of his passing. Only the best of memories flooded through my mind as I thought of him and though it hurts I'm glad that when I think of him that's how I'll think of him as the BEST!!!

I was looking forward to hanging out with you again. I remember when we all started at Blue Cross together and how smart , funny and lively you were. I will miss seeing you out and about around town. I was sorrowful to hear of the lost of my friend, classmate and co-worker. I went to high school with Phil and later begin working at BCBSFL a short time right before him. I vaguely remember us speaking at school but he always seemed to be a really nice fellow. He always just said "Hi". So I grieve along with the family and friends of this dear fellow. I will keep you all in my prayers and thoughts.
