Phillip T. Mottel

I met Phillip while stationed at Ft. Gordon, Ga. I was there for my first duty assignment on post as the Executive officer at B-3-1 on 26th street just down from where Phillip was stationed at the 258th Signal Company as a Platoon leader. I gotta know him as just another junior officer stationed on post.
