I knew Phil and Diana as neighbors down the alley.Then we quickly became good friends. From bobcating snow out the alley to fixing there sprinklers Phil always treated me with kindness and respect. I knew Phil was in Vietnam but never talked about it. He always had a beer for me. I am so sorry about Phil's passing. Phil was more than a great man. He was my friend.
