Not sure what to say?

Phil was always wearing a smile when we got a chance to see him. He was the statue of a handsome wonderful gentlemen who loved his family dearly. He raised some beautiful children with his love Suzanne and we are thankful everyday that his son Marshall Owen Owen Peters is married to our daughter. We see Phil's influence all the time through Marshall. God has a great soldier there with him.

So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We have many wonderful memories of our times in Folkstone. Our hearts and prayers go out to Suzanne and family. Rick & Amy McElhenie, Punta Gorda, FL.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you! Your friendship with Mom has meant so much to her. It was always so good to visit with you during the summer and I really enjoyed seeing Phil and taking some of his change during a hunting season card game. Send my best to Marshall and the girls.
