Phil was always wearing a smile when we got a chance to see him. He was the statue of a handsome wonderful gentlemen who loved his family dearly. He raised some beautiful children with his love Suzanne and we are thankful everyday that his son Marshall Owen Owen Peters is married to our daughter. We see Phil's influence all the time through Marshall. God has a great soldier there with him.
