Read MoreI'm sorry I didn't know about Phil's passing. I was thinking about him today as I drove through Kyle on my way home. I worked with Phil for several years at TDHS. I always admired Phil because he was a smart man with a great work ethic, but more importantly, he was good and kind. I always looked up to him and am glad I had the good fortune to have known him.
