Aunt Phyllis was a gracious woman who blessed her family with love. I was fortunate to have her in my life both as a child and an adult. Her elegant manners, caring and warmth were extended to all. This lovely lady will be missed dearly. I loved serving her at the care center. Loved helping her when I could. Phyllis was very independent, and that was something I respected. I pray for strength to her family, and know that we all loved Phyllis so much at the care center.

My sincere condolences to the Blomme Family. Aunt Phyllis was such an amazing lady whose focus was"Family First",carrying a calm demeanor in always moving forward. Jan and I were sorry to learn of Phyllis's passing. We knew her when we shared membership in the ISP troopers and families in Oelwein and in District 10. She was a nice lady. Our condolences to her family.
