Not sure what to say?

I am just now seeing this. Bliven and Drew I'm so sorry you lost your mom . I wish I had known. Aunt Phyllis was a wonderful woman, full of life and excitement. I remember how she used to come to the furniture market in High Point and stay in my bedroom when I still lived at home. I used to love to look at her pretty clothes and admire her jewelry. I will try to contact you. Melodie Dunigan

Found a favorite photo of Phyllis - Beautiful!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I will be very much with you in spirit on Saturday as you celebrate a life well lived. I have no doubt your celebration of Phyllis will be every bit as wonderful as the lady herself!
I consider myself very lucky indeed to have enjoyed the gifts of friendship and love of such a remarkable woman for my entire life. Her indomitable spirit was a great example of how to live, love and enjoy life to the fullest. May your memories bring you comfort and joy!

We are so very sorry about the passing of Phyllis. JoAnn and I had many great times getting together with Tom and Phyllis. She had a truly fantastic life. She was a member of the NOSSOLANT/NAVSEACENLANT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION and attended many of our monthly luncheons. Glen was her constant companion in her last years and they both enjoyed their homes in Florida and Norfolk. Phillis was a one of a kind lady. She will be missed by all. Charlie Chapman

Our sincere condolences to your remarkable mother Feet, Stephie and family. Although we only had the pleasure of meeting Mimi a few times, each and every time was truly delightful! She was a treasure, one of a kind & will be dearly missed. Soon your hearts will be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate Mimi ~ her life was well lived xoxo

Phyllis and I had many fun adventures together traveling the world! Phyllis was always ready to take on any challenge whether it be an interior design of a home or office, taking helicopter flights, riding in a hot air balloon, piloting a small plane, diving in the Great Barrier Reef, walking on the Great Wall of China, or swimming with the manatees. She was a very generous, loving person and I will miss her so much! Glen Martin

Phyllis was a wonderful neighbor. So talented, witty and full of life. The world will not be quite as bright without her! Our sincerest condolences to her loved ones.
