What a kind & wonderful person she was. My late mother Judy was very good friends with her & Mr. Jeffcott when we lived in Mayport. Good neighbors good friends.. Heart felt condolences to Mr. Ronald and the rest of the family.
The fish fries, the pot lucks & bbq's I will always remember.... summer nights us kids would play in view of Mom & Dads as the adults would sit in lawn chairs, laugh, chat & watch the stars fall. God bless you Mrs. Jeffcott.

Phyllis was a sweet and wonderful person. She had a heart of gold. Always looked forward to visiting with her when I went to Academy. After she left Academy, I would run into her at Martin's. I will miss her. I have no doubt there's a place for her in heaven. My condolences to the family.....Judy Taylor
