Phyllis Kemper was the first person to greet us when we moved to Wycliff and the last person we saw when we moved. Phyllis and Jim were wonderful neighbors to us and to all. The Kemper family were good friends to us for the 18 years we were next door neighbors. Your Mother will be missed. God bless her.
