I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs. Lester. I have many fond memories of her from many stages of my childhood and teen years. I know I am but one of many she touched along the way, and I am glad to have known her. My condolences to the entire family. May you find peace at this difficult time. You will be in my thoughts.

I´m in shock to hear today about your passing! Tears are coming and I just can´t speak! Yeah I know right it doesn´t even sound like me right? I know you wished you were here for this moment right here! I do too! My Momma always told me oh your favorite teacher asked about you today! I´d ask a bunch of questions about you & my Momma would just say I didn´t get to talk to her long! You´re were the sweetest teacher & so understanding! I told you it was so hard to learn things with my ADHD &...

I heard about her passing on FB, so sorry for the loss - she was a great teacher who taught me the most useful skill I got in high school (typing). I'm still grateful for her, since it's something I do all day, every day, and I don't have to hunt-and-peck like most of my colleagues! I still remember her jamming 'Tears for Fears' in class to get us to type in rhythm to music. RIP, Mrs. Lester.
