Phyllis MARGREY-MATTAR

We bought our house on Fairlawn Drive from Phyllis in 1987. We love seeing her in William's commercials, especially the one that recreates 90 Fairlawn's back staircase and fireplace. She was a lovely and elegant lady and I'm sure your family will miss her dearly. Our condolences to the Mattar family.

I haven't seen Phyllis in a few years, but she was a wonderful woman with a huge heart. My condolences to Victorian and the rest of the family.

I´m so sorry to learn about Phyllis. On behalf of the Schulz family, please know we´re thinking of you and keeping you all in our hearts and prayers. I enjoyed some phone calls with Phyllis after my father passed and appreciated hearing her stories and memories from childhood between the Kolbe and Schulz families. I know how difficult this loss is for all of you.
