Not sure what to say?

I served and sailed with Pierce while at HC6. I just recently was told of his passing . We had good times both in the squadron and out , at sea or on the beach. He is missed.

I am sitting here this morning thinking about Pierce and still missing him so much. How could this ever have been God's will?

I miss you!!

Pierce's birthday was Sunday. He would have been 37 years old. And yes, I still miss him.

We bought a new house and this morning I hung my first picture. It was my baby in his Naval uniform. Now it is a home.

It has now been 3 years. I still miss him everyday. I miss his smile, his touch and his "Now Mother" look. This 3rd year anniversary has been the hardest for me so far. His birthday was October 18th. Amy sent me beautiful white roses again for his birthday. She, as all of us, are still struggling. If only he were still here, they could have had a wonderful life together. I know he would not have wanted to live if he was not 100% and his normal perfect self, but it is just so hard to...

Karen and family:
As the Christmas season arrives we wanted you to know that we were thinking of you.
Happy Kwanzaa

It has been almost a year since we lost Pierce. I still miss him so much and long to see his smile. I want to thank everyone for the love and concern they showed Pierce in the hospital and at his funeral. It has been a long hard year for those of us that loved him and I pray it gets easier. If anyone has pictures or memories, I would love to hear from you. Thanks again so much.
