Not sure what to say?

Pieter, Out 50th high school reunion is coming up in two weeks at Lawrence High School. You should be there. We were best friends as new students together our sophomore year. I think of you often. Love, Donna

To all Pieter's friends and family, he was a fine nephew and much loved by all. Sorry I didn't see more of him in the last years, but I read really good comments here, and will learn more of his later life from his brother, Ben.

Aunt Alison

Pieter has been one of my best friends since we were 15 and were the new kids in school. I always enjoyed his jokes and laughter and positive attitude. He is greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Pieter a brother a friend. He always had time to take my calls even if he was busy helping book wonderful travel adventures. I had a great vision that Papa (Jan Hahn) came in a sailing ship to collect Pieter at the shore and they sailed away to the horizon. I take comfort in knowing he is OK on the other side. Always friendly and upbeat. Even if something wasn't quite right he didn't complain he just soldiered on with a good happy attitude. He will be missed. My condolences to the Mixter...

Pieter will be dearly missed by so many people. He made my dream vacation to Ireland a wonderful enriching reality. He was recommended to me by his good friend and client Bob, who I will be eternally grateful to for steering towards the "Fantasy Travel" office. The time and caring Pieter gave to each and every client will be hard to match. Thank you Pieter, till we meet again in our travels.

Pieter entered our lives much later than some others, but the ride with him was fantastic while we were on board. His friendship, humor and professional dedication will be missed by many. Our sincere sympathy is with his extended family and co-workers who shared his life so much longer.
