I met Arch not too long after being hired by Shearson Lehman Hutton (now Salomon Smith Barney) in November of 1989. He was definitely a "character". He would bring me the best bagel chips I had ever had from a place on Hulen and he always brought me a big tin of cookies at Christmas to share with the office and also a little something for me.
