I was blessed to have reconnected with my first cousin Scott last fall. I cherish my visit with him and the days we spent at his home in Hudson Vally and the hours we spent talking and the pictures and memories we shared. I had hoped for more time with him, but thankful for what we had. I have now reconnected with his brother Tim, so I thank Scott for that. With love

I met Scott through my dear college friend Juliette Bennett. I remember their wedding, where I gave a reading, with great warmth and joy. Scott became not only a friend but also my mentor and boss at World Monitors. He and Juliette will always be in my heart.

I was so sad to hear today about Scott´s passing. Scott and his wife Juliette lived down the hall from me in NYC for over twenty years. They were wonderful neighbors.i admired Scott´s pro bono work, how he helped Oscar find his family in the documentary Finding Oscar and all the other work he did. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I was shocked and saddened to learn about Scott's passing. Scott was pivotal in launching my career in corporate social responsibility with World Monitors consulting. I am comforted by the thought that he and Juliette are reunited now. My condolences to his family and friends.

I myself has benefited from Scott's human rights work. Before 1991, political prisoners in provinces other than in Beijing were mostly unnoticed and therefore suffered the worst treatment in China's prisons. After the end of 1991, we were suddenly treated much better, due to Human Rights Watch and Human Rights in China's advocacy. As a former political prisoner from China, I want to thank Scott, and want to send my sincere condolences to the family of Scott Greathead

Dear Scott, I cannot believe you are gone. Lawyers together in city, state, and federal government, fighting for what is right. Friends and lunch partners for many years afterwards. The world has lost an extraordinarily kind and caring human being, and I have lost a dear friend. I miss you, Scott. My condolences to your family and friends.

Dear Scott, I am so sad you have passed into spirit. You were introduced to me by my good friend Roland Legardia- Laura. You were a man of great integrity, goodness and honesty. After our first meeting I called you that same night regarding a friend who was wrongfully arrested. You were in bed and it was 12 o´clock at night.
