R. Martin Obituary
Dandridge, TN
R. Louise Martin, a resident of Dandridge, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on August 30, 2017. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Jack A. Martin; her daughters, Beverly Naill and Katherine Moore; grandchildren, Lauren (Jamie) Hill, Joseph (Courtney) Naill, Sarah (Bryan) Smith, Lacey (Steve) Metz, and Hadassah (Rayce) Naill; as well as 12 great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, there will be a graveside service only at Eastview Memorial Gardens, 1320 Andrew Johnson Highway in Strawberry Plains at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 2, 2017, family and friends will gather at 12:45 pm at the cemetery; everyone is welcome. Condolences may be offered at www.mccarty-evergreen.com.

I'm so sorry to hear about Louise's passing. I've not seen your family in so long, but I am so happy to hear that you were blessed with 69 years of marriage to your bride, Jack. Jack, Beverly, Kathy, and Family: I am sorry to hear about Louise's passing. Louise was a very nice and enthusiastic person. After Mom found the obit, she talked about about how pretty she looked in her square dancing dresses and being cute as a bug. Jack, I also want to tell you, Congratulations to you and Louise for 69 years of marriage and 12 great-grandchildren! I did not realize you two were married that long and had that many great-grandchildren. That is awesome. If there has never been square dancing in Heaven, there probably is now.
