Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences and sympathy to the Mayo family. Scott was a truly fine human being and will be missed by all who knew him.

I was fortunate to have worked with Scott at John Hancock Funds. He was smart, diligent, and importantly, had a wonderful sense of humor. My deepest condolences to his family.

Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. Dawn Bentley, GMO

Scott and I were classmates at Darden and sat next to each other for our First Year as the two "Mayos" of the class. I knew him as a genuinely decent fellow, with a fine sense of wit and a core integrity that came through in his quiet strength. His passing is a loss for all who knew him. I wish you the peace and comfort that comes from celebrating his life at his best.

My thoughts and deepest sympathies to your family. I worked with Scott at Hancock. He was bright, insightful and hard-working. He was a very personable and fair individual. I cherish his memories and wish his family courage and strength through these sad times.

My deepest condolences to your family. I wish you all strength during a time of pain and sadness.

Jamie, Chris and I are saddened by the loss of such a fun loving, generous man. Our thoughts are with you. Jamie and Andrea Barker

I'm very sad to hear the news of his passing. I...

We grieve the loss of your precious son, brother and father. We extend our deepest sympathies to Dick and Sara and to the Mayo family. May God comfort you and give you His peace through this terrible loss. Rink and Wendy Jacobi
