Met Ralph when I was a teenager working at Union Market Station in Watertown.

Deputy Chief Chapman,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for the citizens of Cambridge when you served with the CFD. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

To the Chapman Family
