Although I did not know Lt. Jenkins, but from what I have read he was a great man. Many prayers go out to his family. May God just wrap his arms around each of you and give you peace at this time.

Lt. Ralph Jenkins was a good and honorable man, and one of the best Firefighters I have ever had the pleasure of serving with. His expertise, dedication, and personal giving of himself, far exceeded more than we normally see from one individual toward another. And, I believe, that is why we all loved him.

For years I was blessed with the opportunity to work with, and around Lt. Jenkins. Without a doubt, he was a true Leader, a man you literally trusted with your very life.

Prayers for the entire family. May God keep you in his arms and comfort you doing this time in your lives. God is able if you give Him a chance
