Mr. Louk was always a joy to be around. We often walked or discussed the land in Madison and shared family histories. He enjoyed knowing others were respecting his land and harvesting game. We will all miss him.

Ralph was a good friend and counselor to my dad and to me. They were occasionally partners in business and neighbors from the days in Country Club Hills. I learned much from Ralph, and think of him often. My condolences and best wishes for his family.

My heartfelt condolences to Wanda, Vicki and all the Louk family: It was an honor to know Ralph, over so many years since Vicki and I were at UVA. He enjoyed a well lived -- and well loved -- life indeed. Remembering him now and always in our hearts.
