Ralph Robinson Obituary
Ralph served three years in the U.S. Navy before beginning a 35-year career with Standard Oil/Chevron while living in Hermosa Beach. He enjoyed photography and often worked part-time at special events. In 1953, he married Marjorie G. (Stickle) Robinson, and together they raised four children: Bill (Sheryl) Robinson of Malibu, CA; Joyce (Steve) Haroldson of Torrance, CA; Ron (Allison) Robinson of Bellingham, WA; and Shirley (Frank) Dressel of Gardnerville, NV.
He is survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and his sister, Marilyn Couturier of Florence, Oregon.
After retirement, Ralph and Marjorie moved to Big Pine, CA. Ralph was known for his quick wit and love of a good joke, Ralph brought laughter and joy to everyone he met.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Big Pine Cemetery, 605 W. Crocker Ave., Big Pine, CAfollowed by a reception at United Methodist Church, 313 Crocker Ave., Big Pine, CA.
