Not sure what to say?

My father-in-law, Dr. Ramzy Nassif accepted me into his family 25 years ago as one of his own daughters, sharing with me every opportunity for travel, education, culture & the arts. By so doing he broadened my mind & my heart & influenced me in the most positive ways. His kind & gentle nature, sense of humor & compassion for all people will be missed by each of us who knew him. I remember Ramzy commenting how a man was a "rich man" if he enjoyed a large family & was surrounded by the love...

With the loss of Dr. Ramzi Nassif, we lost another piece of "Ras Beirut". As a medical student, Dr. Nassif taught me how to perform a good ENT exam, and how to use the otoscope to avoid injury to the uncooperative child.

As a pediatrician, I knew him as a competent surgeon, an excellent teacher and a caring physician. He was kind and treated everyone with respect. He was a real gentleman.

I got to know Ramzi even better when he retired to the Washington, D.C. area. I witnessed...

I just heard about the passing of Ramzi Nassif. I feel sad for the loss of such a wonderful man, but I feel grateful for having known him. Ramzi Nassif was an unforgettable teacher. He was knowledgeable but not pretentious, challenging but not overbearing. He did it all with an infectious smile. Rounds with him were always a pleasure and not a burden. Over the years that I got to know him, he became a dear friend as he introduced me to his charming family. I'll never forget the impromptu...

"Dr. Nassif" touched and enriched my life in many different ways. I knew him growing up as Ammo Ramzy: a famous doctor and Sandy's (Alexander's) sweet, kind and wonderful dad. Later, when I went into practice at AUB, he became one of my role models as I got to know more about his talent as a skilled surgeon and as a caring physician. A few years later, I had the privilege of working with him in his office in Richlands, VA. I had just left Beirut under difficult circumstances. He willingly...

Dear Ammo Ramzy
I will miss you. Leila

Dear Ammo Ramzy
I will miss you. Rest in peace.

Ramzy "Jiddo" Nassif was a loved husband, father and grandfather. He was always full of joy and wanted everyone to be happy. Though his body is no longer with us his spirit and soul is. I say that it is not the body that makes the person it is the heart and spirit that makes the person. He will always be with us and we will never forget him.
We Love You
Jiddo

To Amou ramzy
