RANDY; I'VE THOUGHT OF YOU OFTEN THESE LAST FEW YEARS AND REMEMBER FONDLY THE ARTS COUNCIL AND OUR BINGO ADVENTURES. REST IN PEACE DEAR FRIEND. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO THE CARSON FAMILY.

Randy was a special person with a unique ability to make each person he spoke with feel important and special, because he truly believed it. His generosity and kindness had no limits.
