Dear Neeper Family, especially Ron, This is shocking, horrible news. We can only imagine the depth of your grief to lose Randy. We are sorry we can´t be with you (we´re in SC) but we are with you in spirit. Randy was a good man. He loved the fire service deeply and contributed so much to our community. He will be missed. Ron and Polly, rely on your friends and know there are so many of us who are praying for you.
