Read MoreRandy was the type of person that was quiet, if he didn't know you he was very quiet, but once he got to know you, he always had something to talk about. I got to know Randy when I spent time on second shift at the FRB. Randy and I would talk about football, gardening and anything outside of work. He will be missed. Rest in Peace my Friend.

My condolences to the Foltz Family. I worked with Randy for several years at the FRB in Kansas City. I am also a fellow Husker, and Randy and I had many great conversations about all the 'Nebraska stuff'--football, Runza, etc. He was a good coworker, and always brought a unique sense of humor. Rest In Peace, Randy.
