Not sure what to say?

I wasn't able to get in touch and I knew something was wrong. You were like a big brother at PGE and I miss talking to you, your leadership, and times we attended events. Even after you retired you were there - helped me buy the Toyota in SLO - saw your BMW - i will miss our calls. Rest in peace my friend.

Randy was a kind person and a good soul. He had a positive outlook on life and a great sense of humor. I had the honor of working with him back in the day when hiring Chen and Rad techs. Randy will be missed and our prayers and go out to the family. Colette (and Chris) Joyce

Dear Janet, family and friends of Randy, On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Randy´s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow "Bubblehead" departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor in the U.S. Submarine Force. To our "Brother-of-the-Phin" we say, "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Fair Winds and Following Seas." Thank you for your service to our country. Janet...

Janet, We send you and your family our most sincere condolences. We will keep you in our prayers and thoughts in the days ahead. Best, Fred and Judy Kerr
