I stumbled on an article he was named in and he was a favorite of mine for the Brewers as a kid. I was not aware he had passed, and at such a young age. My condolences to the family.

Randy and I played AA professional baseball for the Asheville Orioles in the Southern League in 1973. I was surprised to learn he had passed away. I have never forgotten him.

I am saddened to hear about the passing of Randy, we have such fond memories of him, Patty and the kids, we played Co-Ed softball tournaments and camped together in the Sierras, he always kept us laughing, I will always cherish the time we spent with him and his family, he was really taken too soon, my love and prayers go out to Patty and the kids.

I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to have met Randy as a neighbor of his parents. May his positive outlook and enthusiasm for life live on in all who were fortunate to have known him.
