Fort Worth, Texas - Ray Vernon Abel, Sr., founder of Abel Office Machines, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2023 at the age of 93, surrounded by his loved ones in his home. Services were held Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. He is survived by his son Ray Abel, Jr., daughters Rebecca Abel and Carrie Martin, his two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded by his wife, Martha Clare Abel.
