Not sure what to say?

To the Ackerman Family; Please accept condolences from the children of Rubye Hibler Hall. Ray Ackerman supported all of her worthy causes; especially the Grandparents Academy. They were dear friends up until her death. Ray Ackerman was a civic giant/humanitarian and a great visionary. His vision helped to make Oklahoma City more wonderful and beautiful! Thank you and Rest in Peace, Ray Ackerman!
Dr. Carole Hall Hardeman

I appreciate and respect the work and legacy that
Mr. Ackerman leaves behind. He was a true visionary
who successfully changed the world around him for
the better. We all benefit today thanks to Ray.

A great American. How wonderful that Ray stayed in Oklahoma. He could have been a successful anywhere. He gave so much to Oklahoma. I really appreciate his honesty, creativity, generosity, and being a real officer and gentleman. Herb Giles, Portland, Or

Lou and all the Ackerman Family-
Dub and I want to extend our sorrow in Ray's passing and our joy to have known him and all of you over the years. What a wonderful man!

You were visionary and OKC is enormously more prosperous, more livable, and more culturally rich having had you Mr. Ackerman. May you rest in peace.

Ray was a prince of a man. Always enthusiastic and encouraging. I personally, and our entire city, owes him a debt of gratitude.

I'm married to Ray's first born Patsy we've been married for 26 years. Ray is exactly what you see in the video, an idea guy with a huge passion and heart for Oklahoma. Ray is a great man in my opinion he represents the heart and soul of Oklahoma and he is my wife's best friend. The picture attached was taken at Snoqualmie Falls on Ray's last visit to Seattle in 2004. In the picture Is Lou, Ray and Patsy. Ray we love you.
