Not sure what to say?

Dr. Bender, I bet you're not smiling tonight... I would have voted on your behalf if I could have ;)

My sympathies to Dr. Bender and his family. He was my psychiatrist for the past several years and he honestly saved my life during a very rough patch. He was warm and caring. Careful to take his time and never cared about rushing you out the door. As a new therapist myself, he was an invaluable source of career advice and inspiration. Taking time to act as a mentor for me, as well as his insights, truly have made me a better therapist. He was a rare person that I will dearly miss.

Dr. Bender was my psychiatrist for only a year, but I liked him very much and I had looked forward to being his patient for much longer. . His death comes as a shock to me, as I 'm sure it did for everyone. He will be missed by me...Laura Diamond

I mentioned in an earlier condolence note that Dr. Bender saved my Mom's life, for that we will always be thankful. When Mom was put into his loving care I hadn't met Dr. Bender. He called me at home, took his evening time to comfort me. We talked for over an hour, he immediately impressed me. To have met Dr. Bender was a blessing, to have met Dr. Bender was to love him.

Ray was such a charming, humane, intellectual and witty man. Simply, he will be impossible to replace and sorely missed.

My deepest regards to the family. I will miss him dearly, he help me through the toughest times of my life.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Dr Bender and also to his staff. I just received a letter, notified of his passing. I am a patient of Dr Bender and can't imagine seeing another doctor. He was a wonderful man!

Even though we just started working together Dr Bender made the 70 mile drive well worth it you will be missed

Ray was in the process of helping my husband through a very difficult period in his life. We are shocked and very, very sad with his passing. A devastating loss for those who knew him.
