Not sure what to say?

I new,Ray Jr. all my young life. I still have the Solid heavy Barbecue Pit he made for my Father. It reads simply " To Jim Burke". I Always look up to Ray Jr. He was like the big Brother I never had. He was a very kind and gentle man. He was a perty Big guy but I can say I really lo e him and his Mother and Father. Dorothy and Big Ray. Dianne and Trey,
I was saddened to hear of Ray's passing.

I shall carry with me always, the memory of the ride my wife and I took on his sailboat.

Though he knew he would be seasick (and was!), he stayed out on the water, laughing and telling us how much fun he was having.

That to me says a lot about Ray. I will miss him..

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Ray's sudden passing.

He was always a bigger than life person, full of laughter and good humor. I remember he always wanted to shoe my horses on a Monday. Even if we made the appointment for another day, he'd usually end up calling me and changing it to a Monday. I finally found out he liked to come to my house on Mondays so he could go to Parks Cafe in Alvin afterwards. He liked their Monday night menu! ;)

Our Mother( Mrs. Freddie Sparks) was the housekeeper and babysitter for The Brock's. My brother and I spent the night many times and had a great time playing with Ray, Jr. on Golfcrest CC. I'm Sorry to hear about his death.
