Not sure what to say?

Dear Kroger family,
I had the honor of meeting you all during a respite stay at St. Joseph's. I was the night nurse that encouraged bringing the dogs (Go Dawgs!) to see Ray. You all were one of those rare families that meshed so well with love and faith that the Spirit of God was so palpable. The room was electric with His Grace. I know that will continue and sustain you all now. I wish I could bottle what you all had and give it to everyone. It was magic. God bless Ray and...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. Ray was my boss when I first started Milliken and he taught me to be the person I am today. He was a Great guy and will be truly missed.

Ray & Marilyn,
You and your family are in our prayers at this sad time. We had Masses said for Ray J. and you will receive the card soon.
Fondly, Ann & Frank O'Brien

To the Kroger family:
My sympathy is with you at this time of your loss. I taught Ray in a Dale Carnegie class while he was at Millikin. Later, I met him again when he attended daily mass at St. Teresa's at the old church on Pleasant Home Road. He had not been diagnosed with ALS as yet then but learned of it shortly thereafter. He was a fine young man. He remained upbeat during this time, despite all he had been through. Anyone who knew him will miss him. His passing is everyone's loss.

My thoughts are with your family as you go through this hard time. May time bring peace and healing to your hearts

What a baseball coach Ray was. It was that very sport that I was able to meet the entire family by working at the Recreation Department. I am truly sorry for you loss.

Jamie, Jay and Ryan,
I am really sorry to hear about Ray.I will keep the family in my prayers. He will always have a special place in my heart. He is the reason how we named our last little girl. He tried to talk us in to nameing the first one Rachel (go figure) so we named our last little girl Raven. We luv him.

Ryan and Jay, Words cannot express the sadness I feel at the passing 0f your Daddy. Ray was a wonderful man and brought so much laughter to everyone he met. He was truley one of a kind and anyone that knew him, was blessed. Mr. & Mrs. Kroger, Ray was The kind of son that any parent would be proud of. Jamie, You were his angle all this time, now he is yours. May GOD Bless the family.

My deepest sympathies and prayers with you and your family.
