Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear that Ray Patterson has passed away. When I started volunteering at Stones River National Battlefield in March, Ray became a mentor to me on how to introduce visitors to the park. He and I volunteered on the same day of the week (I came in the morning and he came in the afternoon) and we had about an hour overlap at noon where we were able to get to know each other and he was able to show me how he approached visitors coming to the park and how he provided them...

I enjoyed working with Mr. Ray at the Stones River National Battlefield. I am going to miss Ray and the talks we had every week. Hugs and prayers to his family and loved one.

I enjoyed Ray so much as a fellow volunteer at Stones River. Such a sweet man. I will miss him. Hugs and condolences to his family and loved ones.

GOD BLESS U uncle Bubba! You always had a smile to share and I remember when grandma used to babysit us at ur house how u used to tease us when u came home from baseball practice! Heaven got another good man on their roster!!

It was always a pleasure seeing Ray at St Thomas Rutherford Volunteer Services. He always had a kind word and big smile for everyone. My prayers are with the family and friends. May you Rest In Peace my friend.

Mr Ray was such a Family man and loved spending time with all. May the hearts of the entire Family soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I knew him through the doctor's office I worked at and my husband (John) being a member of the R.O.M.E.O.S group. Ray was truly a gentleman and always had a smile. He will be dearly missed. I pray for his family and friends for peace and comfort during this difficult time.

RIP Ray,

You will be missed.

John
