My brother, Scott and I remember your parents with wonderful childhood memories. Softball in the lot across from your driveway, playing in the creek and eating Mrs.Andrew's home made cookies.

I called Scott (in Colorado) and he recalls your father and our dad going back and forth about UT vs BGSU basketball games...even in July!!

I have known them since 1971 when they moved in across from me while I was a young man. I have moved numerous times to many states since those days yet I still fish behind their home when I am in town. Sadly, I found out today of their passing. They are good people. I always appreciated having the opportunity to fish next to Ray in the river when I was a teenager staying with my grandparents across the road. Ray was a great friend of my Uncle Coe H. Dickey JR.'s. Also Frazier Reams JR. was a good friend of both Ray and Coe. The 3 of them grew up together. COE and RAY on Algonquin Near Ottawa Park and the Toledo Hospital, Frazier lived a street over. My dad asked Ray to teach me how to lift weights since I was playing football for McKinley Grade School and Ray would come over to our house and show me how to lift weights the correct way in sets of 3 each: rowing, squats, curls, and the Military...
