Raymond Barron Obituary

Raymond Barron, age 60, of Hephzibah, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
Raymond was born on Fort Gordon on July 3, 1964. He worked for La-Z-Boy and Furniture Doctor. He enjoyed traveling to various places including Biloxi, Ohio, going on cruises and bowling. He also loved gambling and his favorite game was the slot machines.

Raymond is preceded in death by his wife Terri Barron. He is survived by his children Amanda Sikes (Joe), Ryan Barron and Steffany Tallent (Jay), stepsons Jonathan Herzner (Brandy) and Bryan Low and adopted son Casey Rogers; Siblings Sandy Armburaster, Patrick Barron (Teresa), Wayne Barron (Jane) and Larry Barron (Shirley); nieces, nephews and best friends Russell Cole, Tonyia Porter, Christy and Wesley Steffen, Roger Emory, Primose Jones, Lauren Wunder and Tiffany, Herman Brown; his four legged buddies Aggie and Nala.

A memorial service for Raymond will be held Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906.

In lieu of flowers, please bring items to donate to the back to school drive hosted by Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
