I only found out today; 2-24-2014 that Chuck had passed away. Yes, almost a year to the day later. I had moved away from Jacksonville quite a few years ago and had not talked to Chuck or his father Charlie since the 1990's. We are born, live and when we pass on, we move onto a better place afterwards. Chuck is a special person and will be deeply missed, however I know that he is in a better place and will always be in our prayers and hearts. With each new life, no matter how brief it may be, has a special purpose and changes the world.

Chuck was full of humor and a smile evertime I ever saw him. Many years of fun memories. Rest in Peace my friend.
