We will all miss Ray. He was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. Always willing to lend a hand or give valuable advice. Even taking me to work once when I locked my keys in the house. Over the years he became more than just our neighbor he became a wonderful friend. He was always treating the kids to some special snack earning a place in their hearts, and their bellies. He always encouraged them in their scouting and school activities, and probably bought more girl scout cookies (do so...
