Not sure what to say?

Maria, I don't know if you will see this note... I'm not even sure how I came to see this... It's as if this page called my name. I am so very sorry to hear of Ray's passing. Through the years that have gone by, I have thought of all of you and I wish you beautiful memories to replace your sadness. Please extend my sympathy to Ray. Peace, always... Cathy (formerly, Grau).

You are my guiding light in the goodness comming from sour soul. That is the part of you that I see connects me with your mother, Boowie, my grandmother. I love you uncle Ray. I would go on and on but I think ...I will just say ...see you in my thoughts...and in our destiny...sometime in the future...Tommy

Maria, Ray, Billy & Nick,

I was only 15 when I first met "Uncle Ray". His presence was like that of a grizzly bear, a hugh man and somewhat frightening as I remember it, but with head cocked back the first big laugh filled the Drake Ave kitchen and suddenly he was transformed into the big teddy bear I grew to love.

Our young families spent plenty of hours together in those early days, so much fun, but alais, that was many many cheesburgers ago.

I'll always...

My prayer are with you Guys. Ray will will never be forgot. He always had way to help get think done.
Love you Guys
Joe Rod

Dearest Maria, Ray Lee, Billy and Nick,
I was crushed to hear of Ray's passing and that I missed Ray's funeral. I have the best memories of Ray from when I was a kid. I will always remember him as a caring, loving man and most of all my dad's best friend. We were sharing memories of Ray the other day and my dad said he was the only person when in his presence could always make him feel like a kid again. Ray will be deeply missed especially by our family. I am grateful for the friendship...

Dear Maria and Family. I am devistated at Ray;s passing. He was a good friend and we laughed many times till we both cried. My life is much richer having know him and having worked with him. Rest in Peace brother you dieserve it. My best to you all, Buff Brindley

Maria, Nick, Ray & Bill,

Our hearts go out to you and the extended Grau family.

We so admired our Uncle Ray. He cut such a strong figure, yet kindness was at his core. He easily balanced the rigors of a demanding career and his life as a devoted husband and father. His smile was infectious and often lit up the room. He bore illness with strength and courage.

We will miss him.

Greg, Judy, Alex, Chris & Elise

Ray,
You were my best friend and biggest supporter in all I endeavored. When I thought I could not accomplish something you were my biggest fan and gave me confidence and taught me courage. I will miss you oh so so much. I will always love you and remember the good times.
Love Always, your wife,
Maria
