My condolences on your loss of a beloved family member. Dr. Hernandez was my Mom's doctor for many years, and she always took me to be seen by him whenever I got sick. When I started working he was my primary care doctor. Mom always spoke very highly of him, once he became my doctor I realized why. He was always very thorough in assessing any ailment I came in with. He was a gifted doctor, I'm certain all of his patients miss him. May your memories of him live on in your heart. May you...

I was his Wellmed Clinic's Social Worker when he first came aboard at Crocket Park about 4 yrs ago. Very kind and understanding physician. Had a great sense of humor and will be missed by many. Amanda Baird LBSW

I am deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Hernandez passing. My family were long time patients of his since the days he had his office on French Pl. He sent flowers when my father passed away in 1997. He was truly a physician that would go the extra mile for his patients and always made you feel important. Thank you Dr. Hernandez, you will be missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Dr. Hernandez's passing. My family have been patients of his since the mid 1970's. He treated myself, my grandparents, my aunts, uncles, and my parents. Words cannot properly express our love and esteem for him. He always would mention how he loved my mother's name because it was the same as his mother's. I loved hearing stories of his children, his grandchildren and his beloved ranch. What a wonderful man. What a wonderful doctor. My mom and he were being...

My deepest condolences to Dr.Hernandez wife and family. I was unaware of Dr.H passing. Just heard about it a couple of weeks ago. Dr.H as I called him was my Friend and Doctor. Dr.H was like a father to me. He went out of his way to help me ! I am shocked and very sad to hear of him passing. But, I know he is with Jesus! Dr. H was the smartest man I ever knew. We talked about computers, cars, family and much more. I thank God 4 Dr. H. My family kept it from me knowing it would upset me...

I was saddened by this news. Dr. Hernandez was my landlord, but he was mostly my friend. He and his beautiful wife took such great care of my daughters and myself while we lived above his office. He took excellent care of his patients, he will be remembered for his service to the community. He was a compassionate, kind, man who led by example. He will be dearly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family. He will be dearly missed, he was truly an angel on earth.

Our deepest condolences to the Hernandez family in the passing of our beloved Dr. Hernandez. He took care of our family for over 35 years. We just found out today that he had passed. We will miss him terribly. He took exceptional care of all seven children, father and mother and grandchildren as they were growing up. May he rest in peace and in God's grace. The Gonzalez Family

Today, i just now noticed the passing of a wonderful doctor and thoughtful, friendly human being. He was my family doctor between 2000-08. I received the most excellent care and will always appreciate it. We also had some very good interesting conversations. I am sorry for the loss and my prayers and condolences go to the family. He will be greatly missed not only to many as a friend but to the medical field and all the patients that he cared for and treated. Thanks you Doctor...
