Read MoreRay was a really good guy. I got to know him when I had a persistent problem with my new Chrysler K car back in 1981. Ray was the service manager, and he treated me with the highest respect. He finally found and fixed the problem, and I was very grateful for his persistence and kindness to me. My prayers go out for your family over his loss.
