Ray was a really good guy. I got to know him when I had a persistent problem with my new Chrysler K car back in 1981. Ray was the service manager, and he treated me with the highest respect. He finally found and fixed the problem, and I was very grateful for his persistence and kindness to me. My prayers go out for your family over his loss.

I met Ray in 1976 and through the years I had many occasions to interact with Ray. Ray was the Nicest and most Proficient Service Manager I ever had the good fortune to work with. Ray was a Great individual with a Great Personality and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
My sincere condolences to the family.
