Not sure what to say?

Jacquie,
My thoughts and prayers are for you and the girls.
Of the many people I've know and admired over my life Ray is in a special place. The duck and quail hunting, golf and fly fishing were important to our relationship but mostly it was just Ray. A very special person. Intelligent, firm in his convictions, great sense of humor, wonderful family, a really positive example to his fellow man. Our contact over the past years was much less than it should have been but that doesn't...

Mary, I was so grateful to talk to you today, and so surprised to hear of your Dad's passing! I will always remember his enthusiasm for life! You had a great Dad! Perhaps Irene will end up at U of O and share his enthusiasm for the Ducks! I spoke with Mom later and we are going to try to plan a trip in August, and hopefully when you are there! My love to your Mom and Julie, Sonja Bakke Lahana

Dear Jacquie and family. It was my pleasure to work with Ray from 1979 until he retired in 1991. Ray was a straight shooter and you always knew where you stood with Ray. He will be missed. My sympathy to you and your family for your loss.

Jacquie: Just wanted to let you know that our thoughts are withyou, along with the Tillie gang and golfing group. He was a great friend and wll be missed by all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as we have lost a wonderful business associate, neighbor and friend. He will be in our memories forever.

Jacquie, Julie and Mary,
We feel we have lost a very special friend and send to all of you our love. Our thoughts have been remembering our many good times together, especially in Indian Country with Ray. We know how much he will be missed.
Our Love, Betty and Dick

Jacquie, Julie, Dave & Mary,
I have been wanting to call and talk with you ever since I heard about Ray. I'm so very sorry for your loss and that I wasn't able to come up with Gene, on one of his many trips to Portland to visit you all. I know we'll get together again, and sooner than later. All my love to you all,

Dear Jacquie and family,
We were very saddened to learn of your loss. I enjoyed so much having Ray on our Board of Trustees, he contributed so much and always worked so hard - he was very much respected and liked. We always enjoyed the evenings we spent with you and Ray.
With sincere wishes and -kai-,

I'll always remember the Ski times at Mt Bachelor when Ray would join theMedford gang and we stayed with Fitz and Ray,And Ray would cook pancakes one morning at his house. Those were great times. Jack Dumas
