We have always loved the checker club for many many years. Great food and service. My mother and your father were both parishioners of st. Teresa church. My mother told me your dad left a pint of soup every Saturday at her car. He and she had a great respect for each other, your father was a thoughtful and kind man.

Ray was an amazing man. I met him when I worked at the Newport Playhouse and he instantly became a favorite person of mine. His giving spirit, his joy, his larger than life personality all made me feel that everything was right with the world. He will be missed. I am unable to attend the calling hours or mass, but I am with you all in spirit and will continue to pray for you. Thank you for sharing Ray with all of us.

Such a nice man. I remember when I got engaged, I show him my ring and he said my gift to you both will be the meal is on the house he also gave us a bottle of champagne. We said no that is not necessary. He said don’t argue with me. You guys come here all the time let me give this to you. May he Rest In Peace. Prayers to his family.
